Terms & Conditions • 2-Kay Management, LLC is the owner of this website and all of the courses and other products provided via this website. 2-Kay Management, LLC is the owner of the name “Education Resource Center” referred to in this document as “ERC”. • Enrollments are NOT refundable, however, classes in association with an enrollment can be changed to a different date according to the published class schedule(s) on this website. • Enrollments can be transferred to a new user, but only if the course has NOT been started already. • In the event of an enrollment transfer, the original registered individual MUST pass their materials to the new user. New materials will NOT be provided by ERC. To transfer an enrollment, the ORIGINAL registered individual MUST contact ERC for approval to transfer an enrollment. • Written materials provided as a part of a course are delivered via USPS or by an instructor. ERC is not responsible for materials damaged or lost by the enrollee. These materials may however, be replaced at an additional cost. • Pre-licensing enrollments are for a period 0f 45 days. Extensions may be given if the registered student fails the exam within 30 days of the original enrollment date. Contact us for more details. • If any financial credits are given to an enrolled student, the credit will be applied to the original form of payment used at the time of the original enrollment. • You agree to allow ERC to contact you via email, phone calls, and text messages in regards to your enrollments, related information, and future offerings from us.
