Our History
In 1985, while managing an insurance office for one of the major insurance companies in the world, the founder of our company needed to get staff of the agency licensed. The pre-licensing schools that were operating were having trouble getting people to pass the Utah State licensing exams. So he applied with the insurance department to create a new school. He authored manuals based on the actual outlines provided by the testing contractor. His new licensing school was born and people began calling to enroll. Each month, more and more people were enrolling. As time went on the manuals were constantly improving. They went through dozens or revisions to get them just right. In 1992, Utah introduced continuing education requirements and our company was one of the first to get involved in that aspect of insurance training. And Today, Here We Are!!!

Our Company’s Composition
We are a family owned business consisting of several family members of our founders, Ron and Deb Johnson. Throughout the past 40+ years, Their children grew up around this business and some have chosen to make the growth of our company to be what it is today. We have some non-related members of our team also. Recently, we started to include some grandchildren who are committed to taking this enterprise into the third generation….
